J1C Counter Top Gas Fryer
For all-purpose frying
The J1C has a minimum 15-lbs. (7 liters)* and maximum 20-lbs. (10 liters)* shortening capacity. The frying area is 11 x 12 in. (279 x 305 mm). This 45,000 BTU/hr. (11,335 kCal/hr.) (13.3 kW) model is specifically designed for allpurpose frying. The exclusive 1o action thermostat extends shortening life and produces a uniformly-cooked product. Centerline thermostat mounting permits quick sensing of cold food placed in either basket. Unique burner design has no burner tube radiants to burn out. No burner cleaning or air shutter adjustment is required. The open frypot design contains no tubes, making every inch of the frypot easily cleaned and wiped down by hand. This design provides a large heat transfer area resulting in fast recovery to frying temperature.
The large cold zone catches crumbs and sediment from the frying area. These particles are trapped in the cold zone where they do not carbonize, contaminate shortening or cling to fried products.

(32.2 kW) model is specifically designed for all-purpose frying and produces 65 lbs. of french fries per hour -- frozen to done. The exclusive 1o action thermostat extends shortening life and produces a more uniformly-cooked product. Centerline thermostat mounting permits quick sensing of cold food placed in either basket. Unique Master Jet burners have no burner tube radiants to burn out. No burner cleaning or air shutter adjustment is required.
The open frypot has a large heat transfer area to fry more product per load. The open-pot design has no hard-to-clean tubes. Every inch of the frypot and cold zone can be cleaned and wiped down by hand.

FOOTPRINT PRO SYSTEM For Electric Fryers
The Frymaster Footprint PRO System is specifically designed to extend shortening life.
The Frymaster Footprint PRO System is specifically designed to extend shortening life. Footprint PRO does it fast, safely, simply; reducing operating costs and yielding a more consistent, higher quality product.
Fifty pounds (28 liters) of oil can be automatically filtered completely in about three minutes, while other fryers in the system are still in use. Any fryer in the battery can be filtered without moving the filter from fryer to fryer.
The process is as easy as: 1. Switch off the fryer; 2. Open drain valve; 3. Start filter pump. No special training required, nothing hot or messy to handle. Footprint PRO automatically filters oil as Frymaster's exclusive Power Shower? directs jets of hot oil down every inch of the frypot, flushing crumbs and sediment into the filtering system. After filtering, fresh oil is automatically pumped back into the frypot.
Footprint PRO is available underneath one (up to six) fullsized fryers and contains a spreader. The spreader can include an optional heat lamp and dump station. The heat lamp can be a choice of rod style or bulb type. The dump stations can use either cafeteria-style pan or scoop-type pan. The heat lamp and pans are integrated into the cabinet, making a complete warming station. Up to six of the following electric filter-ready models can be batteried to the right side of the Footprint PRO system: RE14, RE17, RE22, RE14TC, RE17TC, and RE22TC. |

PF50S, and PF50R Portable Filters Specifically designed to extend shortening life
Frymaster portable filters are easy to use and are specifically designed to extend shortening life by filtering out breading, carbon deposits, and other minute particles that remain in the shortening after cooking.
Standard 12" x 18" (305 x 457 mm) Filter Magic filter paper and Filter Magic powder are required for use with these portable filters to effectively condition 50 lbs. of shortening in five minutes from start to finish.
Regular and proper use of Frymaster portable filters can measurably extend the useful life of shortening and cooking oil for consistently good looking, great tasting fried foods.
Independent heat keeps the suction line open and free flowing when solid shortening is used. The pump filters from the bottom so there is no shortening heel left.
The portable filters are available in 50-lb. capacity with standard cover and fold down handle for convenient storage. |
